How do we support you during the migration?
- Your Payengine account will be automatically set up on Nexi Paygate.
- You will receive your login credentials by email—once the technical setup has been completed—from the sender address nexi-helpdesk@computop.com.
- You can then test Nexi Paygate and pass the details on to your technical partners.
By when do I need to be migrated at the latest?
To ensure reliable payment processing in the future, we are replacing the existing Payengine platform, including PayByLink, with Nexi Paygate. After receiving the email with your login credentials, please follow the instructions described therein as soon as possible.
The services of Payengine and PayByLink will be discontinued as of 31.03.2026.
From 01.04.2026 to 30.06.2026, only refunds will be possible via Payengine. A timely migration to Nexi Paygate is therefore mandatory to ensure a smooth transition.
Can I use both systems during the transition period?
No. After going live with Nexi Paygate, only the processing of refunds will be possible via Payengine.
