To prevent illegal or brand-damaging transactions, the card organizations have established various specifications that must be adhered to by all contractual partners. Violations are subject to termination of acceptance by the card organizations and/or penalty payments.
In principle, goods/services may only be sold, shipped, or provided if they are legal in both the country of the contracting party and the recipient country, and if the contracting party possesses the necessary licenses for them.
According to the terms and conditions of Concardis GmbH for the acceptance and billing of credit and debit cards, the contracting party must observe the legal reservations regarding the products and services listed below. These products and services are considered illegal in many countries and, therefore, cannot be paid for with the payment instruments of the card organizations.
